Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using ASP.NET MVC. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using ASP.NET MVC. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle. - Ensure that software solutions are of high quality, meeting or exceeding client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Benefits Management System. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Experience with software testing and quality assurance. - Experience with database design and development using SQL Server. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
