Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .NET Architecture and utilizing your expertise in Program Project Management to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET Architecture-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, liaising with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by utilizing your expertise in Program Project Management, including experience in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in .NET Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of coding standards and best practices. - Experience in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of .NET Architecture-based applications.
