Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in .NET Architecture, and a passion for delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design solutions that meet the business needs and technical requirements. - Oversee the development process and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture, Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development lifecycle management tools. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and services. - Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
