Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for application development. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, ensuring the overall quality and performance of the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve application development processes. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's software development methodologies and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and technologies. - - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
