Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Red Hat OS Administration and Linux to provide a dynamic service to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and solving issues within multiple components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime. - Maintain and monitor system performance, ensuring optimal uptime and availability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Red Hat OS Administration. - Must To Have Skills: Red Hat Cluster (Pacemaker) - Must To Have Skills: Linux, Shell scripting - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
