Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : Microsoft Exchange Server
Good to have skills : Microsoft 365
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : College B Tech degree preferred
Key Responsibilities : Responsible for Email and O365 environment - Creating architectural standards - Instituting solution-testing - Defining solutions - Deal with the Final level of escalation Technical Experience : - Strong technical experience with SMTP, Exchange / Office 365 - Proofpoint Enterprise Protection Experience with TAP - O365 PowerShell and Graph API experience - Familiarity with Email Authentication services like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS record usage for email services Professional Attributes : Ability to work in geographically dispersed teams Educational Qualification: - College B Tech degree preferred Additional Info : - Some nights-weekends for changes done off-hours - few off-hours conference calls with colleagues
