Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Appian SAIL, Appian Designer, and Appian BPMN. - Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation. - Experience in designing and implementing complex Appian solutions. - Knowledge of Appian best practices and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Appian Process Automation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A degree as per Org standards is required.
