Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) trends and technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) development and implementation. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes and integration with other SAP modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP development and debugging. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) development and implementation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
