Job Description

Project Role : Software Development Engineer
Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills : Apache JMeter
Good to have skills : Performance Testing Strategy, Micro Focus LoadRunner
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using Apache JMeter. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work for one or more clients in Gurugram. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and execute performance testing strategies using Apache JMeter to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. - Analyze and interpret test results to provide recommendations for improvements in application performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues, including experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and scenarios to ensure accurate and repeatable testing. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in performance testing and engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner and Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. - Experience in analyzing and interpreting test results to provide recommendations for improvements in application performance. - Solid grasp of performance testing script development and maintenance. - Experience with performance testing in a distributed environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache JMeter. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful performance-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
