Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .Net Full Stack Development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of .Net Full Stack Development applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code, adhering to project timelines and budgets. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .Net Full Stack Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end technologies such as SQL Server and Web API. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
