Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring effective project program and portfolio governance. Your typical day will involve leading Agile program management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of effective project program and portfolio governance strategies. - Facilitate Agile program management, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including business owners, product owners, and development teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong expertise in project program and portfolio governance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile program management. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Experience in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in project program and portfolio governance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
