Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure the quality and integrity of the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Optimize application performance and scalability. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular. - Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and Oracle. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of Fulltime Education is required.
