Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Allegro ERTM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Allegro ERTM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. - Ensure the quality of deliverables, conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure successful implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Allegro ERTM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development using Java or .NET technologies. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Allegro ERTM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. - This position is based at our Pune office.
