Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Lead the development of technical objects for the Oracle WACS application. 2. Lead the team in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle WACS solutions, ensuring that they are robust, scalable, and meet the business requirements 3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues. 4 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing your expertise in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. 5 Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. 6 Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. 7 Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring that best practices and industry standards are followed. Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. 2 Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). 3 Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. 4 Experience with Java, SQL, and PL/SQL. 5 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 6 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional Attributes: 1 Excellent communication interpersonal skills 2 Excellent consulting skills 3 Excellent presentation skill Qualification: 1 In-Depth knowledge of Oracle WACS/C2M/CCS and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). 2 Strong Technical Knowledge across different OUAF objects and Groovy Scripting. 3 Experience in design and development of Oracle WACS/ CCS Customizations: Batch, Algorithms, UI Maps, Scripts, Business Objects, Business Services, and Inbound Web Services. 4 Has driven the customization development and testing of at least two full cycles of WACS/CCS/C2M Implementation. 5 Fair understanding of WACS/CCS/C2M product functionalities. 6 Thorough understanding of the Oracle Utilities Data Model. 7 Strong knowledge across Oracle Utilities components.
