Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs. - Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions that meet the requirements and align with best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. - Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and implementation process. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the defined timelines and budget. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management. - - Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and their integration with other systems. - - Experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM Time Management solutions. - - Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management configuration and customization. - - Familiarity with SAP HCM Time Management reporting and analytics. - - Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - - A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
