Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure Warehouse Management Solutions applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Warehouse Management Solutions applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including data privacy and security requirements. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in Warehouse Management Solutions development. - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages, such as Java or C#. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
