Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using React.js. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using React.js, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications that meet business requirements. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the growth and development of the team. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React.js development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redux, Node.js, and GraphQL. - Solid understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
