Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Scrum methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of software applications using Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure seamless integration of software applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects, ensuring successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience with Scrum methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and software development best practices. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software development best practices. - Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum methodologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
