Job Description

Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language), PySpark, Apache Spark, AWS Architecture

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Python and related technologies. Your typical day will involve working with PySpark, Apache Spark, and AWS Architecture to provide dynamic support to our clients in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing PySpark, Apache Spark, and AWS Architecture. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) - Experience with PySpark, Apache Spark, and AWS Architecture - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python and related technologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
