Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes and/or define parts of an organization. - Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation. - Provide support to project teams and stakeholders, including facilitating meetings, preparing presentations, and communicating project status and issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Innovation Strategy & Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Business Process Analysis and Design, Project Management, and Change Management. - Strong understanding of business processes and organizational design. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Innovation Strategy & Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
