You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the application meets the required standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline and budget. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Contribute to the development of best practices and standards. - Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
