Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. - Experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. - Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with other enterprise systems and applications. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - This position is based at our Pune office.
