Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester)
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for planning, constructing, and executing test scripts. Your typical day will involve applying business and functional knowledge, tracking defects, and ensuring testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure software quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. - Apply business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology, to meet the team's overall test objectives. - Track defects to closure and keep the defect repository up-to-date. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in web testing and automated testing. - Strong understanding of testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology. - Experience in tracking defects and keeping the defect repository up-to-date. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software. - This position is based at our Pune office.
