Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : Network Infrastructures
Good to have skills : Solarwinds Administration
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Fulltime graduation with relevant skills and need additional skills with switching and routing
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You will accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide technical support to clients and resolve network infrastructure issues. - Troubleshoot and diagnose network problems efficiently. - Collaborate with the team to enhance system performance. - Document network configurations and changes for future reference. - Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solarwinds Administration. - Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations. - Knowledge of switching and routing technologies. - Experience in network troubleshooting and problem-solving. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A Fulltime graduation with relevant skills and additional skills with switching and routing is required.
