Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As a Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce Lightning Aura Components framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Aura Components-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Ensure the quality of the application through code reviews, testing, and debugging. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and related technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and data structures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
