Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As a Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce Lightning Aura Components framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guides. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and design patterns. - Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, such as REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid grasp of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions on the Salesforce platform. - This position is based at our Pune office.
