Summary: As a Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce Lightning Aura Components framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Aura Components-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce-based solutions. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
