Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting data and environment configuration, participating in code reviews, and monitoring and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the functional test planning and execution for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, and develop and execute test plans and scripts. - Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts, and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency. - Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in functional test planning and execution. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in test management. - Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and executing test plans and scripts. - Experience in test automation frameworks and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis of defects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in functional test planning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
