Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Document and maintain system configurations and procedures. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PowerShell scripting. - Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
