Summary: As a Scrum Master for the Application Developer team, you will be responsible for leading the agile development process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as removing any impediments that may arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the agile development process, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Remove any impediments that may arise during the development process, ensuring that the team is able to work efficiently and effectively. - Ensure that the team is following agile best practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and developers, to ensure that project requirements are met. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Strong understanding of software development best practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
