Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite using Selenium and creating automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting data and environment configuration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and regression testing of web-based applications using Selenium. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. - Create automation strategy, automated scripts and support data and environment configuration. - Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Test Management. - Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and regression testing of web-based applications using Selenium. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Experience in participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful quality engineering solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
