Summary: As an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. - Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices, including PMI and Agile frameworks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PMI and Agile project management methodologies. - Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Experience managing project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment. - Ability to ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
