Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in User Experience (UX) Design to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of user interfaces for applications, utilizing your expertise in User Experience (UX) Design to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that applications meet the needs of our clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues. - Ensure that applications are built to meet the highest standards of quality and performance, utilizing your expertise in software engineering to design and build robust and scalable applications. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in User Experience (UX) Design, incorporating innovative approaches to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software engineering best practices and methodologies. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with user research and usability testing. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user interfaces. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
