Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills : Java Enterprise Edition
Good to have skills : Spring Boot, DevOps, Core Banking
Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Graduate

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Enterprise Edition-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications, leveraging Spring Boot and other relevant technologies. - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, DevOps, and Core Banking. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs. - Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
