Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development and implementation process. With your expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective software solutions to support the organization's goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test software applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and implementation process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks. - Knowledge of integration patterns and technologies. - Familiarity with web services and API development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 full years of education and necessarily degree in engineering is required.
