Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Azure Data Services. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
