Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Apache Hadoop, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Apache Hadoop and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Apache Hadoop. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in related technologies such as Apache Spark, Hive, and Pig. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
