Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As a Salesforce Conga CLM Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Conga CLM solutions, ensuring project success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and develop solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the quality of deliverables, adhering to best practices and standards for Salesforce Conga CLM development. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Conga CLM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Community Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and standards. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CLM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
