Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with team members to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Mentor and guide team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture - Strong understanding of software development principles - Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications - Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A BE degree is required
