Role Name: PMI IT Lead Role Description: The Ventures and Acquisitions (V&A) ISIT PMI Lead is accountable for the successful planning and execution of IT and Information Security (IS) Post Merger Integration (PMI) activities across multiple concurrent acquisitions. The selected individual will be part of the global V&A ISIT PMI team reporting into the V&A ISIT Global Lead and will be required to work with both local & global acquisition contacts and Accenture teams to coordinate and drive required activities across the lifecycle of an acquisition, tracking and reporting progress to senior leadership. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project management activities, including scoping, requirements, implementation, and deployment. - Develop and execute project plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables. - Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile Project Management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. - Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Project Management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
