Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM Payroll applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Payroll, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and other related SAP modules. - Solid understanding of SAP HCM Payroll configuration and customization. - Experience with SAP HCM Payroll integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll reporting and analytics. - Experience with SAP HCM Payroll implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP HCM Payroll solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
