Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize it to provide valuable insights. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements. - Analyze and document business processes, systems, and workflows. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct research and gather information to support business analysis activities. - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools. - Experience in conducting requirements gathering and analysis. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) is required.
