"Summary: As an Application React Native Lead/Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams also working with the development team, analyzing requirements, and developing high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using React Native. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Develop rich client UI applications with JavaScript and libraries like ReactJS - Nodejs that utilize back-end web services - Exp with developing and deploying application to Kubernetes environment - Exp in JavaScript and HTML5 / CSS3 and writing code utilizing a Font-End MV Framework, Git, Maven, SQL, Jira and or Hudson/Jenkins - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Oversee the entire application development process. - Ensure successful implementation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: React Native, Typescript - Good To Have Skills: ReactJS, Mongo DB, Kafka, Nodejs (Nestjs) microservices, , Agile, Git, Maven, Jira - Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills written and verbal, and interpersonal skills and Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing mobile applications using React Native. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in React Native and Typescript - The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - Resource will need to work everyday from client office in Mumbai & no WFH.
