This involves analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and defining parts of an organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance business function performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. - Analyze data to identify trends and insights for business optimization. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work And Asset Management. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in organizational restructuring and optimization. - Knowledge of project management methodologies. - Hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work And Asset Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A MBA degree is required.
