Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior developers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements. - Design and develop software applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Python. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Recommendation: Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
