Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM using JavaScript and C#. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and data model. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - Candidate should have a BTech qualification - Candidate should have relevant working experience as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Developer
