Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team is up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. - Ensure that applications are designed and developed in accordance with industry standards and best practices, including security, scalability, and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as .NET, SharePoint, and SQL Server. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in managing project timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
