Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: Role - Delivery Lead 15-20 years of experience in the banking sector, with a focus on application maintenance services. Ability to drive top-line growth Deep understanding of banking business processes, regulations, and industry trends. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Lead the planning and execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress against milestones, risks, and issues. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including project management methodologies and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Program and Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, Change Management, and Risk Management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in managing large, complex programs and projects. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - “Should have understanding of general application support (incident, change, problem management, controls, monitoring production processing), ITIL framework, industry delivery and support standards and processes, knowledge management systems, contract metrics and SLAs and ITSM tools.” Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Program and Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful programs and projects. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
