Job Description

Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Cloud Unified Communication Operations
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the management and maintenance of production systems and services. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. - Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. - Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and services. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Additional responsibility: Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Unified Communication Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies. - Experience with managing and troubleshooting production systems. - Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Cloud Unified Communication Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
