Summary: As an Application Lead for Business Architecture, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams as required. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for application development. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and providing regular project status updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation, SAP BPC, and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and practices. - Experience in leading application design, build, and configuration projects. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business architecture, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful application design, build, and configuration projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
