Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for providing consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into business and technology solutions, driving discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensuring technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) integration solutions. - Provide technical expertise in the areas of data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. - Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the areas of OBIA integration and data warehousing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in application design. - Expertise in data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence. - Experience in leading the design and development of OBIA integration solutions. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Experience in providing guidance and support to junior team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
